Welcome to the class of 2013 and your parents!
Your freshman year will be busy enough without having to worry about too many other things, but one of the first orders of business is to elect an executive board. This group of students will work closely with us to get the ball rolling. Early in your sophomore year, a committee will be formed to plan for and select class rings. Near the end of that year, we will start planning for the Junior/Senior prom. The prom will be in the spring of your junior year. By the end of that year we will plan for your senior outing and choose a location for the senior banquet.
There are many more events and activities that take place during that time but an important component of all these activities is fundraising and class dues. Each year we work with the executive board to determine how much class dues should be. We work hard to keep costs down by planning fundraisers over the course of the year. These funds will be used to offset the cost of class activities such as spirit week, community day, junior/senior prom, senior outing and senior banquet.
The next four years will fly by and we hope that our contributions will make your high school experiences memorable. We look forward to meeting you on the first day of school. To all parents, if you ever have questions, concerns or would like to volunteer to help, please call or email us at school; amasters@ewindsor.k12.ct.us or rparisi@ewindsor.k12.ct.us .
