1. Click on cell A4, hold the left mouse button and drag it to cell C9. Everything should be highlighted.

2. Leave it highlighted and move up to the toolbar, and click on the “Chart Wizard” button.

3. The following popup box will appear.

4. From the list of chart types, choose “Pie”.

5. Using the mouse, choose a style you’d like to see, then click next.

6. When the next popup box appears, click next.

7. In the next popup box, type “Social Roles” in the “Chart title” space. Then click next.

8. In the next popup box, choose the option “as new sheet”, then click finish.

9. Your pie graph will appear on top of your work sheet. You can now move it around or modify it by right clicking on it.
